All services provided by MyMoboLife utilize the hybridization of cellular network such as WAP and IP networks such as Wi-Fi, whenever available. MyMoboLife will perform its services via the preferable network preset by users when multiple networks are detected. This makes MyMoboLife a more economical choice with broader service coverage and higher performance.

What are the requirements for my mobile device? |

You basically need a phone or device that supports the internet or data connection (WAP) or an IP connection (WiFi). Most likely you device will support GPRS installed but MyMoboLife works with any data carrier (GSM, EDGE, UMTS, CDMA etc.) and IP connection (WiFi).

Beta is referring to the fact that we are still working on the site. We will continue to bring you new functions and update the design to make it even more user friendly. Having said that, we ensure that your data is secure and we do keep backups - beta is not referring to any issue with security or the functions already available.

Imagine your mobile device gets lost or stolen, how do you protect your sensitive information inside? Q-Switch allows users to remotely perform a data destruction process in that case. How does Q-Switch work? |

Upon user's request, Q-Switch sends an erase command to the user's device which will destroy all data stored on the device. When the process is completed, Q-Switch will send a confirmation to the user and relief them from the lost of mobile devices. Q-Switch will also use its smart-designed technology to ensure data is erased from the devices even when the user is unaware their devices are lost or stolen.

Just a single call to MyMoboLife's representative will help you suspense all of your registered items and you'll never need to worry about missing any information in an emergency.

As mobile commerce becomes popular, both businesses and consumers will be able to enjoy the simplicity of carrying around one mobile device to verify and authorize themselves during transactions. If the device is lost or stolen, users are exposed to a high level of risk for fraudulent use of their personal identification and financial information, these risks includes identification theft, financial fraud, damaged credit profile, etc.. MyMoboLife's L-Report gives users the convenience of contacting one single organization to report loss to all registered financial and personal identification information stored on mobile devices, it saves the users time to have to call each card issuers and is more efficient in preventing fraud.

How does L-Report work? |

L-Report service provides the user protection for the personal, banking and credit card information that is entered and stored in their mobile devices. Any credit, debit, charge, ATM or personal identification information registered in the subscriber phone will be automatically registered with MyMoboLife L-Report system. In the case of the loss or theft of the devices, a single call to the MyMoboLife's lost reporting service centre can ensure that all of your cards and information are cancelled and requests for replacements made.

You do not have to register your cards with us one by one. Any new financial and personal identification information entered/updated onto your mobile devices will be automatically detected You can contact MyMoboLife's L-Report service by using internet or by calling our service centre using a toll-free number, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We'll immediately notify every card company you have registered in your phone and send you written notice of every company contacted and request replacement cards.

S-Sync is a backup and restore service that provides the most up-to-date information to all of the user's mobile devices utilizing most efficient type of network signals. It also provides users with convenience whenever a need to transfer information from one mobile device to another for example to a new replacement device.

Can I use the data from another mobile device? |

Yes, in two ways.
- If you're moving to a new device, you'll want to use the data that came originally from your old device. If the old device and new device both have the same phone number, start S-Sync application on your new device, and restore your personal data in seconds. You will need to enter your username and password.
- If your new device and your old device do not have the same number, you'll need to change your phone number on the existing account to the new one. Start S-Sync application on your new device, and restore your personal data in seconds. You will need to enter your username and password.

Can I see and manage my data on the web site? |

You can see, add to, modify, or delete your personal information. You must log in using your credentials. After you have made any changes to your data on the web site, run the application on your mobile device to make sure your changes appear on the device.

No. You can use the application from your mobile device without ever logging onto MyMoboLife's web site (other than to download the application if it did not come with your phone). Think of the web site as a tool that makes it easier to work with your personal information -- the contacts, names, email addresses, and phone numbers -- on your device.
