When you sign up for our service, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and mobile device number, which will become part of your account information. This information is stored on MyMoboLife's secure servers and will not be shared with any third parties. If you forget your password, you will be asked to go on the MyMoboLife website and request for your information sent to the email address you have verified during the signup process.

The contact list you stored with MyMoboLife will not be shared with anyone without your permission and will be used to provide you with secure, Web-based access to its data and to run the MyMoboLife network. The information can also be used by MyMoboLife to send your invitation including a message that you write to your contact. The name and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation and reminders.

Moreover, we may use Your Account Information:

The amendment made to your account will be executed immediately. For example, if you delete your account, your account immediately becomes inaccessible and all Your Information within your account is completely removed from the MyMoboLife Servers.

MyMoboLife uses "cookies" to track site usage. A cookie is a piece of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be understood by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your computer's identification token and enables MyMoboLife to recognize you when you return to the Site. MyMoboLife uses log files to collect information in order to provide better service to you. MyMoboLife Communications

MyMoboLife will communicate with you through email and notices posted on the website. We may send all new Members confirmation e-mails verifying the ownership of the e-mail addresses provided in Your Account Information. We also communicate with you to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to your account.

Members may occasionally receive information on MyMoboLife products, services, news and events.

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement which is not promotional in nature. MyMoboLife is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. MyMoboLife's Services and Site are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. MyMoboLife does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and MyMoboLife does not target its Services and Site to children under 13.

Government Authority

You should be aware that, as with all legal contracts, our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy could be amended, terminated or modified without the consent of you and/or MyMoboLife by judicial proceeding, court order, in connection with bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings, or pursuant to other government action. • If you forget your password, you will be asked to go on the MyMoboLife Web site and request for your information to be sent to the email address you've verified during the signup process.

• Your Web-based access to Your Information is protected by an encrypted password. We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone.
• Additionally, Your Information resides on a firewall-protected server that only selected MyMoboLife personnel have access to via password. MyMoboLife strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing Your Information.

Changes to the MyMoboLife Privacy Policy

MyMoboLife may update the Privacy Policy.
